    Reporting directly to the Founding Vice President of Sales, the Sales Director will serve as an extension of the leadership team and commercial organization in articulating the Formtiv value proposition to drive new client partnerships for the organization. This key addition will merge a deep working knowledge of Formativ’s end-to-end patient access, consumer engagement, MSO services and revenue cycle technology solutions with expertise in the business and operational challenges faced by provider organizations today to build custom solutions that meet customer needs.


    • Work closely with Formativ Vice President, Sales, and Sales Engineering and Client Success teams to drive new customer acquisition and to expand existing customer contracts
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, gaining their trust and respect
    • Serve as Formativ point-person for new customer acquisition during lifecycle of sale, managing client interactions, deliverables and follow-up through a successful close
    • Develop strong working knowledge of Formativ’s services and technology capability and specific customer applications on an ongoing basis
    • Support in gathering customer technical requirements during pre-sales process and site evaluation
    • Build and deliver custom presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects by matching specific client business requirements with effective solutions
    • Provide operational and solutions-level detail to support RFP questions
    • Proactively identify customer needs, and understand business issues and drivers behind specific requests
    • Partner with nThrive sales organizations on select deals
    • Maintain a knowledge of competitive product lines in patient access, consumer engagment and revenue cycle management
    • Effectively translate and transmit customer requests and feedback to Formativ product organization


    • 5+ years of patient access and / or revenue management software sales experience
    • Deep understanding of patient access, consumer engagement, and / or revenue cycle technology solutions, and their value proposition for a physician organization
    • Rolodex of existing relationships with key decision-makers at physician organizations
    • Extensive client-facing sales experience in a complex enterprise environment
    • Self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to work autonomously
    • Ability to liaise with and engage stakeholders at all levels of a physician organization
    • Track record of success in a highly consultative, enterprise sales environment
    • Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Available for 25-50% travel
    • Strong mission orientation and passion for patient access and consumer engagement service-enabled technology solutions
