As a key partner to the Vice President, Product Strategy, the Data Scientist will inventory and assess internal, customer and healthcare industry data to measure Formativ’s impact in areas like patient loyalty and satisfaction, scheduling, and cost. This key team member will establish metrics and benchmarks to measure customer success, and will build a network-wide reporting capability to enable real-time visibility into operational, product and customer performance. The Data Scientist will work closely alongside Formativ’s Patient Access Services Operations, Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to drive ongoing strategic product development decisions, and to ensure operational excellence both internally and for Formativ-served patients and providers.
Location: Boston, Atlanta or Jacksonville preferred
